Before we begin, we’ll discuss your goals to ensure your session is personalized and effective. My practice is built on a foundation of safety, inclusivity, and the principle of "do no harm." I welcome clients of all backgrounds and genders, providing a space where you are always free to communicate your needs.

- Location: My 2nd-floor private home studio offers a modern, relaxing environment.
- Forms: Please arrive ready to complete a brief intake form.
- Attire for Chakra Balancing: please wear comfortable, full-coverage clothing.
- Massage Clients: I require an initial Chakra clearing session before scheduling massage therapy. Attire: For your privacy, I utilize professional draping. You may undress to your comfort level (undergarments are optional) while having the draping of a sheet. My goal is to ensure you feel safe and relaxed throughout the session.
